Some Exciting News!

I just have to tell you all that we have 138 participants signed up for the Mito-What?5K and 1 Mile Fun Run!!!! Our goal is 200 and we are so very close! So if you have not signed up and you are planning to, please remember that only the first 200 registered participants are guaranteed a goodie bag and t-shirt!

Something else I wanted to tell you all about is that just this week we booked Jennifer Fields who is a Registered Yoga Teacher to come and lead Yoga stretches before the race starts. As a runner I know that Yoga can do so much for your running, it can help you increase your times, help you regulate your breathing, all sorts of improvments!
