Happy New Year!

The race committee is working super hard on getting everything ready for the Mito-What? 5K but would like to stop for a moment and wish everyone a Happy New Year!
As you are making your New Year's Resolution please remember that if part of that resolution is to get fit & get healthy, there is nothing easier than walking for excercise! And if that's not enough you can always run. There is about 12 weeks to the Mito-What?5K and that is just enough time to train to walk or run the race. There are lots of free training programs on-line, and I will list some for you to check out. There are also lots of groups you can run with and train with as well, one of those happens to be at Breakaway Running, so go check them out too!
